Returns & Refunds

If your order arrives and it's not quite what you expected, just send it back in unused condition within 30 days for full refund.

If you receive an item that's faulty upon delivery then send us an email and we'll get a new one as quickly as possible.

If you are unhappy with anything at all we'll do our best to sort it out for you, we genuinely want to you be happy with what you purchase from the shop. 

Returns: You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging. Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase. 

Refunds: Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a few days, depending on your card issuer's policies. 

Return shipping: You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. International customers will be liable for all return costs including; shipping, customs charges and any processing fees issued by the courier. If Lana Bambini pays these fees on your behalf the amount will be deducted from your refund. Contact Us If you have any questions on how to return your item.

Faulty itemsPlease check all your items as soon as you receive your order. If you are unhappy with anything you receive, please email us immediately with a clear photo of the item, your name and order number as well as a clear description of the issue. Make sure to contact us before posting anything back. We are unable to cover return costs where no contact has been made prior to the return. Please allow us to assist you, we are here to help and want you to enjoy all of your beautiful purchases.
